Plate saying Cow

“One can never know how a cow catches a hare”. A Dutch saying which means that something that is very unlikely to happen, happens. Or that you never know how you are going to achieve something that seems totally impossible. “Anything can happen”. This porcelain plate is a fun gift for someone who can appreciate a personal joke. The plate visualises an old Dutch saying. It is up to the receiver of the plate to guess the hidden meaning and why this applies to him or her. It is a Dutch tradition to hang tiles of wisdom with sayings on the toilet, but we made a modern version of this by using wall plates without words. On the back of the plate you find two small holes so you can easily attach it to the wall. Collect them all for a fun statement wall!
