Dipping bowl Avondbloem – Porcelain – set of 4 – 150 ml

A set of four dip bowls from the Avondbloem collection. The Avondbloem tableware is a minimalist porcelain collection with a slightly bold, robust character. The fine porcelain is decorated with characteristic Delft Blue motifs in black and grey tones, and the pieces feature a few sharp, clean lines.

The charcoal colours refer to the magical process that takes place during the creation of Delft Blue pottery. The master painters of Heinen Delft Blue decorate porcelain using cobalt oxide, a pigment that most closely resembles charcoal and only develops its iconic Delft Blue colour after glazing and firing in the kiln.

For the Avondbloem collection, we chose to use the colour of the paint before it is fired in the oven. The result is a minimalist tableware collection with striking black-and-grey decorations that evoke the image of a flower garden after sunset. THIS TABLEWARE IS DISHWASHER SAFE.
