This Delft blue candlestick is entirely made by hand and hand-painted by the master painters of Heinen Delfts Blauw . They are part of the Foudamour collection, in which each candlestick has its own unique look and its own personality. Artist Victor de Bie wanted to create a collection of valuable gifts, that are decorative but which also carry powerful character traits. Foudamour comes from the French words ‘Fou d’amour’, which translates as crazy for love, or as Vincent likes to call them: Love Fools. This light bearers fill the room with peace and silent strengt hand they are based on people from Victor’s life. “When you burn a candle for someone, you also think about what this person needs. That is also the idea behind my Foudamour collection”, Victor explains. Each candlestick is unique, has its own personality and represents a special wish or thought.
