A set of four espresso cups from the Avondbloem collection. This porcelain mug has an angular ear and is decorated with flowers and gold accents. The Avondbloem (Evening Flower) dinnerware set is a minimalist porcelain dinnerware set with a slightly moder look. The fine porcelain is decorated with typical Delft blue decorations in black-gray tones and the dinnerware has some clean lines, as seen at the ears of the mugs. The charcoal colors refer to the magical process that takes place while making Delftware. The master painters of Heinen Delfts Blauw paint porcelain with cobalt oxide. A color pigment that most closely resembles charcoal and which only acquires its iconic Delftware color after glazing and firing in the oven. For the Avondbloem collection, we chose to use the color that the paint is before it is baked in the oven. The result is a minimalist dinnerware with beautiful black-gray decorations which reminds us of a flower garden after sunset. THIS TABLEWARE IS DISHWASHER SAFE.
