Wall Plate 3D cat - Delft blue - Ceramic - 20 cm

A Delft blue wall plate with a three-dimensional cat's head on it. The cat's head is executed entirely in white ceramic, except for the inside of the ears. Those are done in gold paint for a sparkling effect. The flat part of the wall plate is decorated with traditional Delft blue flowers. In many Dutch homes, you used to see stuffed animals hanging on the wall as decoration. The soulless animals stood gathering dust among the Delft blue wall plates and paintings of meadows and windmills. We thought that could be done better. We love animals and we also like to look at them, but in an animal-friendly, sustainable way. So we made a combination of a three-dimensional cat and a Delft blue wall plate. The friendly little head of the cat curiously pokes out of the wall plate and he attentively looks around the room from his spot on the wall.
