Please note: fake website active!
We would like to warn all our customers about a fraudulent website that is currently pretending to be Heinen Delfts Blauw. Our brand name, logo, product photos and product descriptions have been copied without our permission and are now being used to mislead customers. We want to make it clear that www.heinendelftsblauw.nl is our only official webshop. What should you look out for, and what can you do if you have been affected by this fraudulent website? We are happy to explain.
Misuse of our content
What is happening:
A website is currently online pretending to be a Heinen Delfts Blauw webshop, offering our products at extremely high discounts. The website in question is NOT affiliated with Heinen Delfts Blauw.
We would like to inform our customers and visitors that this website is using our product photos and product descriptions without our permission. We are taking appropriate action.
In addition, we have no insight into what happens when someone places an order through this website, but we strongly suspect that customers will not receive the products they have ordered. Based on the information currently available, we have identified several warning signs that may indicate fraudulent or misleading commercial practices, including:
- Unrealistically low prices;
- Use of an invalid email address as the contact address;
- Displaying incorrect address details;
- Use of images and text taken from our original website;
- Limited and unusual payment options.
We therefore advise consumers to be extra cautious when ordering from questionable websites and to always carefully check the reliability of a webshop before making a purchase.
For official information, authentic products and communication, please only use the official channels of Heinen Delfts Blauw.
