Bring the beauty of historical floral art into your home with this set of three ceramic wall decorations from our Cabinet des Fleurs collection. The set consists of two elegantly shaped appliques and a Delft blue wall plate, bringing together contemporary design and the rich visual language of the 17th century.
The flowing contours of the appliques give a modern twist to the classic wall plate. Flowering branches and small birds create a refined design reminiscent of a fragment from a historical painting. The wall plate offers a striking contrast with its lavish floral pattern, in which light blue and white illustrations gradually blend into a deep, dark blue background. This subtle colour gradient adds depth to the design, making the flowers appear to emerge from the blue.
The Cabinet des Fleurs collection is inspired by the art and cabinets of curiosities of the 17th century, where exceptional objects were collected to inspire admiration and wonder. These wall decorations each tell their own story, from the fascination with flora and fauna to the refined decorative arts of the Dutch Golden Age.
Arrange the three pieces together to create a harmonious display on your wall, or showcase them in different places throughout your home. A distinctive set for lovers of floral art, Delft blue and interior décor that brings traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design together.
