Workshop making delft blue tile
Join a tile painting workshop at Heinen Delfts Blauw, one of the largest producers of Delft blue pottery in the Netherlands. Delft blue painting is an ancient craft that is passed down from master painter to apprentice. It’s not something you can learn at an academy, but a unique experience you can enjoy at Heinen Delfts Blauw.
During the ‘tile painting’ workshop, you will create your own hand-painted Delft blue tile. It doesn’t matter whether you have a lot or little experience with painting; everyone can participate. We start with a cup of coffee or tea and a brief introduction. After that, you’ll quickly get to work yourself. Of course, we’ll first help you master the technique. Once you feel comfortable with the paint and brushes, you can begin working on your own Delft blue tile.
The workshops are held in our concept stores in Amsterdam and Delft, and in our shop café in Putten. Book your spot now and experience the magic of Delft blue painting for yourself!
The price per participant is €49.00 (excluding administration fees and any applicable shipping costs).
Please note: Our gift card is not valid for workshops at Heinen Delfts Blauw. You can use the card for online and in-store purchases of products, but not for participation in workshops.Questions about your workshop? Call the store directly
