Easter 2025: pick your colors!
To dress up a beautiful Easter table you start with the basics and that is the colors. We obviously choose the basic colors blue and white and a bright counterpart such as soft pink and yellow. Blue and white are colors that bring tranquility and a sense of luxury. Since the Easter table is often filled with delicious food and Easter decorations, it is nice to have a calm base color. This way you avoid making the Easter table seem chaotic, but instead cozy to sit at.

Decorate your Easter table
White vase as centerpiece
Start decorating in the center of the Easter table and work toward the outer edges. Depending on the shape and size of the Easter table, choose a matching vase as a centerpiece. Since we have a round Easter table, we choose a round tulip vase on a base. This way the vase stands out well above the rest of the decorations and the round shape follows the lines of the table. A white tulip vase is an ideal start to dressing your Easter table. The white color provides a calm base and the different spouts of the tulip vase are ideal for inserting flowers and Easter branches.

Decorate Easter branches with Easter pendants
Making an Easter tree or branch is a typical European Easter tradition. An Easter branch symbolizes growth, life and fertility. Easter branches come in all shapes and sizes. From large tree branches in the garden, to small winding branches in a vase. In the home, branches of hazel, twisting willow and the thinner Forsythia are especially popular. These branches fit well in a slightly larger vase and are strong enough to hang full of cute Easter pendants. The Easter branch is an ideal decorative piece to add some color. We choose our new Delft blue Easter pendants made of white porcelain. Alternate with shapes such as bunnies, birds or cute spring bells. Complete the Easter branch with a few eggs in Delft blue or your chosen theme color. In our case, pink and yellow.

Set the Easter table
Fold napkins for Easter
A very simple way to decorate the Easter table nicely is to fold napkins. Choose a nice, large napkin made of sturdy paper or fabric. The napkin can have a nice print, an eye-catching color or just a quiet plain pattern. Just whatever goes nicely with your chosen dinnerware. Roll or fold the napkin into a thin strip of fabric. It's best to fold diagonally so you get cute points you can use as ears. Take a hard-boiled egg, fold the napkin around it and tie it together with a ribbon. Unfold the ears a bit and place on the center of a plate. Add a small flower if necessary for an extra festive effect.

Easter tableware
Now that the center of your Easter table is decorated, work your way outward. Pick out a beautiful dinnerware to match the mood you want your table to have. We chose our Blauw Vouw dinnerware, because the white porcelain has a charming and trendy look. For an Easter breakfast or an Easter brunch, you need spacious breakfast plates, mugs for coffee and tea and bowls of different sizes for fresh fruit and hot bread rolls. And, of course, don't forget the egg cups and salt and pepper shakers! Place everything so that your guests at the table can easily reach everything and enjoy the delicious food and good company.

Add decorations
Easter decorations on the table
The Easter table is almost ready! The Easter branch is in the center of the table and hanging full of cute Easter pendants, the china is neatly set by each chair and the bowls of food have been served. As a finishing touch, add a few fun Easter figurines like these modern porcelain Easter bunnies. Place them scattered here and there among the dishes and plates, as if they were real bunnies exploring the treats at the table. Or hide a few typical spring creatures like butterflies and dragonflies among the decorations as little surprises. Enjoy your meal!
