Paper napkins with a Delft blue dodo print. The pack contains 20 paper napkins, which are part of The Heritage Collection. On the napkins, the lonely dodo is surrounded by a colorful gathering of tropical ornamental birds. These birds proudly display their beautiful feathers and have been a popular decorative motif on Delft blue pottery for centuries. The Heritage Collection was released to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Heinen Delfts Blauw. This anniversary collection was designed by artist Pepijn van den Nieuwendijk, who delved into the history of Heinen Delfts Blauw as well as the broader history of Delft blue ceramics especially for the occasion. During his journey through the past, he encountered the tragic story of the dodo, and in this collection, he has brought the endearing bird back to life.
