Why is delivery taking longer than usual?
Due to the high demand during Black Friday, delivery may take a little longer than you’re used to. We’re working hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
I’m missing items from my order, how can we fix this?
Some items are unfortunately out of stock and could not be included in your order. Because the packing slip is generated automatically, these items may still appear on the slip, even though they are not in your package. We apologize for any confusion.
The missing items have already been credited and the refund has been processed to the account used for the payment. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days before the amount is visible in your bank account.
Why can’t I pick up my order in the stores?
Due to a technical issue, it’s temporarily not possible to pick up orders in our stores or at the warehouse. We’re working hard to resolve this as soon as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
